Many schools require notarized permission slips for activities or trips.
To make this process as convenient as possible, I am available to attend parent meetings or similar gatherings at the school to notarize the entire group at once.

Acknowledgments

An acknowledgment verifies that you willingly signed a document. We ensure your identity and confirm your understanding of the document before notarizing it, adding a layer of authenticity.

Jurats

A jurat requires you to swear or affirm that the information in a document is true. We’ll administer the oath and certify the document, commonly used for affidavits and sworn statements.

Affidavit Notarizations

What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This service is convenient for those who are unable to visit a notary office due to time constraints, mobility issues, or busy schedules.

What types of documents do you notarize?

I notarize a variety of documents, including real estate transactions, loan documents, power of attorney forms, wills, trusts, affidavits, and more. If you're unsure whether your document requires notarization, feel free to ask.

Do I need to provide identification?

Yes, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required for notarization. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state-issued identification card.

How much does a mobile notary service cost?

Notary fees are regulated by the state, but mobile notary services include an additional travel fee, which varies based on location. Contact me for a quote tailored to your specific needs.

Where can we meet for notarization?

I can meet you at your home, office, hospital, coffee shop, or any public location that is convenient for you. If you have specific location preferences, just let me know.

Do you notarize documents for seniors or those in hospitals?

Yes! I frequently assist seniors, hospital patients, and individuals in assisted living facilities. If special accommodations are needed, please let me know in advance.

Can you notarize documents for someone who doesn’t speak English?

The signer must be able to understand the document and communicate with me directly in English. If the signer doesn’t speak English, I might be able to provide a reference to another notary.

Do you provide witnesses if my document requires one?

Some documents require witnesses in addition to a notary. If you do not have witnesses available, I may be able to bring one for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead of time.

Can you notarize documents remotely or online?

I currently provide only in-person notarization services. However, if remote online notarization (RON) becomes an option in the future, I will update my services accordingly.
